Information Technology Resources (ITR) will be conducting pre-semester training for new staff or as a refresher for existing staff in the use of the audiovisual and videoconference equipment in centrally-managed learning spaces (CMLS).
Attending training will allow you to use these facilities confidently and effectively during presentations.
Please note that it is not possible to provide training just before lectures.
Topics include:
- Touchscreen controls
- Lighting controls
- Ceiling multimedia projector
- House computer (if intending to use your own laptop or USB memory device, please bring it along) Document camera Video recorder CD/DVD player Lapel & lectern microphones Videoconference controls.
