HRUG – ggplot2, reshape and plyr

The Hobart R users group (HRUG) holds monthly meetings to share knowledge and experience on R-related topics.

At the next meeting,  Leon Barmuta will be introducing three of his favourite packages, the Hadley Wickham trilogy:

  •  ggplot2 – a structured plotting system, without the tears associated with base or lattice graphics,
  •  reshape – for flexibly restructuring and aggregating data, and
  • plyr – for splitting data, operating on subsets, and recombining results.

The  meeting will be held in the CSIRO auditorium, on Friday Oct 14 at 2:30pm.  All welcome.
