The Australian Antarctic Division will host a series of three workshops offered by Dr Simon Wotherspoon and Dr Ben Raymond to introduce and develop skills in Bayesian data analysis. The workshops will consist of a mixture of lecture presentations and hands-on practical sessions.

Overplotting is when one point in a plot obscures another, giving a misleading impression of the density of the data in that area. Overplot is a common problem for larger data sets, or when the data are discrete.
