Professional Networking online course

ADU Online is offering Coffeecourses in 2012 – a series of short, informal courses that can be completed in your own time. Rather than a workshop that requires you to be in a certain place at a certain time (and absorb all the information in one go), Coffeecourses can be done at your own pace at any time that suits you, and they’re always online for you to revisit whenever you want. Each course is made up of quick (~10 minutes) tasks that can be completed whenever you have time, sitting down with a good cup of coffee or tea (entirely optional, but recommended :) ). I recommend Professional Networking online as a good place to start if you would like to become networked with your colleagues about clinical education online.

Join the PEPCommunity on Twitter and share information about clinical education, facilitation and resources. Currently there is information on social media too, if you are new to this medium. Twitter.com is being used as the platform to network clinical educators and develop a community of practice about clinical facilitation. Please use the comment facility on this blog, tweet any information to #PEPCommunity or email via the SNM PEP webpage if you would like to share your information or resources or  promote discussion about a topic related to clinical facilitation.
