Practice Partners communication process for students at risk during PEP

If there are concerns about student practice performance, safety issues, attitude, communication or knowledge you can download the Practice Partners communication process for students at risk in Practice framework.  This tool will assist you with navigating the process with student  issues. It may assist with identifying when to provide feedback to the student, notifying academic liasion, or the unit coordinator.  It outlines the process regarding concerns that relate to specific incidents or issues, preceptor feedback, or attitude towards the practice placement environment. This framework also identifies that documentation  in the form of  facilitator reports, portfolio documentation, incident reports, transcripts of conversations with students, preceptors, academics are necessary as evidence for progressing the process.
