What is your favourite childhood memory?

Listening to Simply Red on tape with my family whilst on our way to the Royal Botanical Gardens in our big yellow Mitsubishi van (nicknamed the Banana Bus)

What is your favourite winter meal?

A proper roast dinner with all the trimmings (including Yorkshire puds)

What do you do to relax?

Watch some non-demanding television like Will & Grace or Friends, do a bit of cooking whilst playing some of my favourite music

What is your greatest dislike?

I dislike Turkish Delight with a passion

What do you like most about your work?

The great working atmosphere – everyone is friendly and supportive

One wish for the future? 

To live in Denmark or the Netherlands
