5 minutes with…Henrietta Ferguson, Faculty of Health Executive Officer
What is your favourite childhood memory?
Running a muck on the farm with my older brother and sister. We had a tree out the back of our property that we used to slip down the branches like a slide. The only catch was you had to miss the big hole in the centre to avoid plummeting to the ground!
What is your favourite winter meal?
I really love a good slow cooked lamb roast with crispy roasted potatoes yummo!!
What do you do to relax?
I love getting outdoors and being active in my time off and have just taken up mountain biking…no broken bones yet!
What is your greatest dislike?
I can’t stand emptying the kitchen drain, it makes me dry retch – especially when my housemate’s left over egg whites are oozing through the strainer.
What do you like most about your work?
The people I work with, my days are never boring with the interactions I encounter each day!
One wish for the future?
To get on Australian Survivor, I applied this year but sadly did not make the cut!
Tell us one thing people might not know about you.
I’m an SES volunteer…and yes I get to wear the amazingly attractive orange overalls
